Sessions & Support

Two sessions to start. Monthly support to keep it moving.

Everyone starts the same way — with 2 x Growth Plan Sessions. What happens after that is up to you.

Step 1

2 x Growth Plan Sessions

£595 per session · minimum 2.5 hours

Two focused online sessions where we build the foundation of everything that follows: your Company Growth Plan and your Customer Journey Plan.

You leave with two documents you can actually use, not a folder of notes you'll never open again.

  • Delivered online — around your working day
  • Two structured sessions, minimum 2.5 hours each
  • £595 per session
  • Personal Company Growth Planning
  • Mapped Customer Journey Plan end-to-end
  • Fixed price, agreed up front
Step 2

Monthly Business Support

£425 per session · minimum 1.5 hours

After your two sessions, most contractors want someone in their corner every month — helping them work through the three stools without letting the day-to-day pull them under.

That's what monthly support is: 12 monthly 90 minute sessions, month-to-month. No contract. Stay with us because you want to, not have to.

  • 12 monthly 90 minute sessions
  • £425 per session, minimum 1.5 hours
  • No contract — month to month
  • Weekly Growth Support open phone slots
  • 1.00pm – 6.00pm Monday and Friday (subject to change)
  • Always worked against your Company Growth Planning and Customer Journey Plan

Each month we work whatever your business needs across the three stools — 1st Fix, Build and Grow — always against your Company Growth Planning and Customer Journey Plan. See how the three stools work →

Month one is only the start of your growth path, and consistency is what gets you to success — whatever success means to you.
